Uneven tubes can leave scuffs and make loading stressful. This galvanized bracket lines up your 6' and 4' bunks so your pontoon settles square, cutting down on rub marks and standing strong against spray and saltwater.
Your pontoon will ride at its best when your bunks carry the tubes evenly. This bracket is cut from 11-gauge steel and hot-dip galvanized, so it holds its shape and can live outside in the weather without turning rusty. The slotted holes give you room to position the bunks where your boat needs them, helping the tubes sit square and lowering the chance of rub marks. Run 2x4 boards for a standard setup, or move to 2x6 if you want more surface contact. Once installed, the bunks stay put and loading and unloading feels smoother.

Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our Tie Down Bunk Bracket for the Pontoon Boat Trailers. Folks, this is gonna be quantity one, and it's approximately 15 11/16 inches long by about 4 11/16 inches tall. Now as you can see, you have nice long slot all the way across the bottom, so that's gonna help you position it exactly where you need it. It's a heavy duty 11-gauge steel, so it's pretty thick.
And of course, as you can tell, it's heavy duty gauge steel. It has been hot dipped, it's a galvanized dip, so you don't have to worry about rust, corrosion, all the harsh marine environments it's gonna take, it's gonna withstand all of them. Now, it has been designed to fit two-by-four bunk boards or two-by-six bunk boards, and approximately six foot long by two inch wide, or four foot long by two inch wide as well.
